General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gbajii platform and all its services. "Platform" refers to the gbajii website, mobile interface, and all services connected to it. "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on gbajii or uses the platform.

These Terms must be read together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms attached to each bonus offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific terms will take precedence over the general terms.

These Terms have been formulated in accordance with the applicable laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and will be interpreted accordingly.

Account Registration and Accuracy of Information

To open an account on gbajii, you must meet the following conditions:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts for the same person are strictly prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.

• Transferring or sharing your account with any other person is strictly prohibited.

gbajii may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. If the requested documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended.

Age Verification and Eligibility

The minimum age to use the gbajii platform is 21 years. Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account and participate on this platform.

Providing false information about age will result in:

• Immediate termination of the account.
• All funds in the account may be confiscated.
• Applicable legal action may be taken.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transaction Policy

The following policies apply to financial transactions on the gbajii platform:

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made from a verified account.
• Withdrawals will be made only to the payment method from which the deposit was made.
• gbajii may temporarily hold any withdrawal if suspicious activity is suspected.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

gbajii offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general provisions apply in all cases:

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200 and the total balance will be ৳2,200.

• Bonus wagering requirement: 15 times (bonus amount × 15).
• Earnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified time limit from activation.
• Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Misuse of the bonus system or placing uncoordinated bets is prohibited.

VIP Program

gbajii offers three VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

gbajii reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time at its own discretion.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play Policy

All games on the gbajii platform are operated fairly and transparently. We ensure the highest quality gaming experience through partnerships with leading game providers in the industry.

• The outcome of all games on gbajii is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If an incorrect amount is paid due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be considered void.

Prohibited Activities

• Misuse of the bonus system or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.
• Harassing other members or disrupting the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties or collaborating with professional syndicates.

If any of the above violations are detected, gbajii reserves the right to take immediate action and withhold the relevant funds.

Account Suspension, Termination, and Dispute Resolution

gbajii may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period (generally more than 12 months).
• Direction from legal authorities or a court order.

• Damage to an account resulting from the user's own negligence or security breach.
• Unforeseen circumstances beyond gbajii's control (force majeure).
• Any activity on third-party websites or services.

Within the limits permitted by applicable law, gbajii's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the user's disputed transaction.

Privacy and Personal Data Protection
